COMPONENTS
ADEVET Solution for Injection is a sterile, yellow, clear solution and each ml contains 500,000 IU Vitamin A, 75,000 IU Vitamin D3, 50 IU Vitamin E acetate.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
ADEVET Injectable Solution is an injection solution containing the combination of vitamins A, Dɜ and E, which are necessary to increase the development and productivity of animals and to perform various physiological functions. Following application, the vitamins in question are stored in the liver and continue their effects both protectively and healing-wise. The biological interaction between vitamins leads to an increase in the bioavailability of vitamin A, in particular. Vitamin A ensures the regeneration and normal function of epithelial tissues, increases body resistance against infectious diseases, and ensures growth. It supports protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism. It prevents night blindness. In its deficiency, epithelial tissue integrity is disrupted and disorders such as hyperkeratosis may develop. Vitamin A reaches its peak concentration in plasma approximately 4 hours after administration, and its plasma amount decreases with storage in the liver.
Vitamin Dɜ maintains calcium and phosphorus balance in the body. It forms the settlement of calcium and phosphorus in bone tissue. It strengthens the skeleton and ensures development. In its deficiency, calcium phosphorus metabolism is disrupted. Bone diseases and skeletal disorders such as rickets and osteomalacia are observed. After application, vitamin Dɜ first enters the lymph circulation and joins the blood circulation via lipoproteins. Plasma half-life is about 20-25 hours. It is stored in all tissues, especially fat tissue. Vitamin E ensures the development and normal function of genital organs. It facilitates fertilization and pregnancy. It regulates carbohydrate and creatinine metabolism. It supports development and growth. Its antioxidant property plays a role in activating free circulating oxygen groups. It prevents the oxidation of fatty acids, which are the building blocks of the cell membrane, which contains more than one fat in its structure, and prolongs their biological half-life. At the same time, it also ensures the durability of the cell membrane thanks to its antioxidant effect mechanism. Following application, vitamin E first enters the bloodstream and is then stored in all body tissues.
